Kimberly Finley, is the Founder and Executive Director at Purposefully You! Inc. Kimberly founded this organization to address the importance of our youth understanding their individual uniqueness, as they were created on Purpose, with Purpose, for Purpose! We provide the opportunity for youth to learn some important facts about who they are, what interest them and the direction they need to travel to get to their destination. We introduce them to information NOW to help guide their tomorrow. Self Awareness, Exposure and Knowledge is POWERFUL!
Kimberly’s had the opportunity and pleasure to work closely with our youth from different walks and experiences. Some positive experiences and some not so positive. She has had the opportunity to partner with organization through work and volunteerism with students in: Juvenile Detentions, Youth Run-a-Way Shelters, and Youth in Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation facilities to Junior Achievement, BIG Brothers Big Sisters, Girl Scouts of America to students in school through Operation Hope, Banking on Our Future a Financial Literacy programs and Girl Power at Roosevelt High School. She has seen the need for our youth to be encouraged and empowered to live a purposeful life!
Kimberly is a Certified Life Coach, specializing in Personal, Marriage and Career Growth. She holds a Nonprofit Management Certification and Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification. She has over 10 years of executive level leadership. She is extremely passionate about encouraging and empowering others, particularly our youth, because they are our future! One of Kimberly’s gifts is encouraging and empower others to be the BEST version of themselves and owning their purpose! To be FEARLESS and AUTHENTIC! She has been actively involved and interested in working with youth for many years. Through the programs at Purposefully You! Inc., Kimberly continues to use her gifts and talents to encourage, empower and make a positive difference on all of the youth she encounters.
Kimberly is happily married. She is a member of Concord Church where “We Grow People”.
