President

Kimberly is a Certified Professional Life Coach, specializing in Personal, Marriage and Career Growth. She holds a Nonprofit Management Certification and Youth Mental Health First Aid Certification. She has over 20 years of executive level leadership. She is extremely passionate about encouraging and empowering others, particularly our youth, because they are our future! One of Kimberly’s gifts is encouraging and empower others to be the BEST version of themselves and owning their purpose! To be FEARLESS and AUTHENTIC! She has been actively involved and interested in working with youth for many years. Through the programs at Purposefully You! Inc, Kimberly continues to use her gifts and talents to encourage, empower and make a positive difference on all the youth she encounters.

Mario Finley,
VP and Treasurer

Mario is the Operations Manager and Associate Agent at II Max, Inc. (Allstate Insurance). Mario attended the University of Memphis with the goal of becoming a professional football player. However, things changed quickly after a series of injuries and so did his goals for his life. He has worked in the Operations Management field over 20 years. Mario has always been an advocate of education and the importance of growing your knowledge.

It was extremely easy for Mario to see the importance and need for this organization. He understands the importance of our youth identifying with their gifts and talents early on, so they can understand how and why their education is extremely important and how it plays a role in their future, even when plans change.

Yemaya Witcher-Rodgers,
Secretary

YeMaya is an Accountant III at Commscope, Inc., a Global Company with $3.8B in revenue.  She manages the day to day operations over several North American and Canadian entities.  YeMaya graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a BBA degree in Accounting.  She has worked in the Accounting field in many different industries (manufacturing, telecommunications, advertising, legal, and public accounting) for over 20 years.

YeMaya also is a member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and learned early in life the importance of giving back and making a positive impact in the lives of others.   Her biggest and most supportive role is serving beside her husband, as the First Lady at Wildwood Christian Church.

YeMaya connects with our mission from her own personal experience and understands the power of knowledge and education.
