Program Overview

Welcome To Purposefully You

Purposefully You! Inc. encourages and empowers at-risk students in Middle School and High School to identify with their talents and gifts to prepare them for higher education and career awareness that promotes purposeful living!

College and Career Awareness

Our program provides tools and information to encourage each student to personalize their education to keep them engaged and in school.

Financial Literacy

Students who learn to manage their finances early and often become adults who are better equipped to live independently.

Character Building

We also provide Character Building curriculums – Becoming Your Best (Middle School) and Unleash the Greatness that Exists Within You (High School),

Kimberly Finley is the Founder and Executive Director at Purposefully You! Inc. Kimberly founded this organization to address the importance of our youth understanding their individual uniqueness, as they were created on Purpose, with Purpose, for Purpose! We provide the opportunity for youth to learn some important facts about who they are, what interest them and the direction they need to travel to get to their destination. We introduce them to information NOW to help guide their tomorrow. Self-Awareness, Exposure and Knowledge is POWERFUL!

Kimberly Finley

Founder and Executive Director

Mario is the Operations Manager and Associate Agent at II Max, Inc. (Allstate Insurance). Mario attended the University of Memphis with the goal of becoming a professional football player. However, things changed quickly after a series of injuries and so did his goals for his life. He has worked in the Operations Management field over 20 years. Mario has always been an advocate for education and the importance of growing one’s knowledge for future growth and opportunities in preparation when plans change.

YeMaya is an Accountant III at Commscope, Inc., a Global Company with $3.8B in revenue. She manages the day to day operations over several North American and Canadian entities. YeMaya graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a BBA degree in Accounting. She has worked in the Accounting field in many different industries (manufacturing, telecommunications, advertising, legal, and public accounting) for over 20 years.

How We Can Help

We partner with you by bringing our program to your facility and students. We do not want to reinvent the wheel but support it. We make it our business to read, understand and support your organization’s Mission and Vision. Our program is designed to create the ‘ah ha’ moment by encouraging and empowering youth who possibly have not made some good decisions, who may be burdened by other events surrounding them and/or simply the lack vision for positive change. We assist them with creating a road map to succeed despite their past mistakes or current situation. We understand when you fail to plan, then you plan to fail. Our program overview is online for your convenience, please feel free to view it.

We would love to come out to meet with you personally. This will give us the opportunity to learn more about any challenges the students might have and learn more about your facility, school, or organization. In addition, this will allow you the opportunity to ask questions about the program or any additional information the website will not provide.

The next step is to prepare a schedule that is conducive to the need of the students/youth to develop and deliver a dynamic partnership and positive impact
